5 Evergreen Bollywood Dialogues From Hindi Movies

1. We have seen many Bollywood movies. But Sholay is one of those movies which dialogues still remain in our memory. Sholay created a mammoth character of Gabbar Singh. And when we talk about Gabbar Singh, the most famous dialogue “KITNE AADMI THE” comes in our mind instantly. From our grandpa to our generation, the flavor of this punch line, KITNE AADMI THE has not diminished a bit. 

 

         

 

 

 

2. The most hilarious dialogue comes from the movie SHARABI, “ MOOCHE HO TOH NATHULAL JAISI HO WARNA NA HO”.

Even if we forget the name of the movie SHARABI, we cannot forget the character of NATHULAL and his golden heart boss VICKY Aka Amitabh Bachchan. Wherever the word moustache comes we burst out laughing and say “MUCHE HO TOH NATHULAL JAISI HO WARNA NA HO”.

 

 

 

 

3. We know how time consuming our judicial process is. It takes years of sweat and blood to get the justice here. Our next dialogue perfectly echoes our pain and suffering. That is why Sunny Deol’s dialogue in the movie Damini-“TARIKH PE TARIKH” is our favorite one. The roaring muscular man of Bollywood Sunny Deol and his excellent dialogue delivery in “TARIKH PE TARIKH MILTI HAI JUDGE SAHAB MAGAR INSAAF NAHI MIL RAHA” is ever haunting.

4. When I was writing it. The dialogue “ARE O PUSHPA” came in my mind first, before i recalled the name of the movie Amar Prem. The first super star of Indian cinema Rajesh Khanna and his unique romantic gesture always make us nostalgic. When we see tears in someone’s eyes, we recall this dialogue “ARE O PUSHPA, I HATE TEARS RE”.

 

 

 

 

5. A man of golden heart, a man full of heart, a man of mood yeah, undoubtedly Salman Khan and his manly way of approaching a girl has been catching our attention. One of the most famous dialogues “THAPPD SE DARR NAHI LAGTA SAHAB PYAR SE LAGTA HAI” of his movie Dabangg displays his image.

 

 

 

These dialogues became famous because they suit the story and actors of the movie completely. Otherwise, thousands of dialogues were used in the Indian cinema, but somewhere they couldn’t do justice with the movie and its plot.

How I celebrated my Diwali

Diwali, the festival of light passes as fast as it comes. This year also, Diwali passed very quickly. Again, that boring 9 to 6 schedule will start and we will be busy in our daily life like a mechanical robot. I am unable to understand, why these festivals come to an end so quickly and why not we celebrate these every day?

This Diwali too, left us with a mixture of good and unpleasant memories. We have been waiting for the festival of light very patiently since last one year. Being a fan of Diwali, I was also waiting for the festival very desperately. Since, I am not staying with my parents; I was dying to meet them on this Diwali. Diwali gives us a chance of a sort of family reunion, when we celebrate together with our near and dear ones with lots of candles, sweets and off course crackers.

Now, The Diwali festival ends; I want to share with you some of my pleasant and not so pleasant memories. This Diwali marked a new beginning for me on several issues, I will explain later.

My Home

I travelled back to my mom’s home 500 km far away from here. I couldn’t stop my tears rolling down my checks, when I see my mom. Anyways, after the nostalgic Bollywood type “Milan”, I was ready for my next move. I reached my home 2 days before Diwali.

Everyone else in my home was busy in cleaning and decoration work. I too provided a helping hand in those activities. Although very tiring, I enjoyed it a lot.

The Beginning

On the day of Dipawali, Mom prepared her signature dish “Gajar ka Halwa” and veg biryani. I can’t explain in words its divine and exquisite taste. Soooo yummy

After such a long time, we had a lunch without whole family. At the dining table, i was continuously thinking about how money centric our life has become now. We can’t even spare some moments with our family 😦

Diwali Shopping

Anyways, our next plan was to go on for a shopping spree. We bought enough crackers, clothes for all family members and other useful stuffs.

 

In the evening, we were up for the traditional “Laxmi Puja” with all the rituals. How can we forget Goddess Laxmi Hmmm? i was draped in a glamorous red Georgette Sari. Other members were also attired in traditional dresses. After Puja and Aarti,, we lit the candles all around our house. It was such an awesome glittering scenery, really mindboggling for me.

 

The Firecrackers

Now, the time for firecrackers. Big shot, Atom bomb, Chocolate bomb, sparklers, rockets and many more. I hate crackers, filled with toxin and poisonous gases. Every year the quantum of air and noise pollution caused by the crackers increases by many fold. Firecrackers release gases such as sulphur dioxide, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide etc. in the air, which may cause problems like asthma and bronchitis. Despite numerous efforts by govt and NGOs, large number of population is still using firecrackers.

I was just a mute spectator of this light and smoke show, However, kids of our family were really enjoying this moment

 

The accident

One of my friends challenged me and said that I am too weak heart to fire a cracker (say Bomb). At his provocation, i challenged his offer to fire a bomb. Although, I was wearing a Sari which is not deemed suitable for this occasion, i got ready to accept the challenge. I took the bomb in my hand, put it at a distant place and start lighting it. Suddenly, someone played a prank and shouted from behind ”Run Khushbu run, Bomb is going to explode”. Listening this, I started running hastily without thinking anything.

As expected, I bumped into a wall and fell down almost breaking my hand. My head was about to crash into the wall. Ironically, I became a butt of jokes that evening. I learnt a lesson that day-

 

Never get provoked by someone’s words, always take wise decision, weighing first the pros and cons of the possible outcome.

 

The Closing

All’s Well That Ends Well. Good saying. My leaves are over now, packing by bags for the journey back to Pune. This Diwali was indeed very memorable, memory of that will be forever etched upon my heart.

2. Be approachable: after knowing her likes and dislikes, make a friendship with her. If she is looking for a book or searching a place, go ahead and help her. Don’t propose her immediately, your rash behaviour puts you in a poor light.

One thing you have to imbibe in your mind, anything is possible in love and war. Give your best, win or lose doesn’t matter.

From here on, two sides of the coin will appear. Either she can accept you as a boyfriend or just as a friend.

5. Your communication skills and body language is very important.

First, take on a confident body language, Keep your head up, relax your shoulders and walk slowly.

Don’t neglect personal hygiene and your wardrobe.Why would a girl like you if you didn’t even like yourself. Use deodorant and a good quality perfume, wear clothes that fit you well and are in colours that make you look great

 

6. When you are together for any special occasion or when she looks in a pleasant mood, just ask politely “May we dine out together” if she likes you, would say yes.

7. When you go out for dinner with her, choose a good restaurant, away from crowded place. Book a table not in the middle rather than at corner side. Show good table manners. You don’t have to run around to your date’s side of the table. Let her sit first, pull out the chair for her.  Give her menu card and place the order as she likes.

 

8.When you talk with her, Avoid looking here and there, keep eye contact with her. Make the environment comfortable, a little bit romantic and start talking about her interesting topics. This is a great way to work into talking about where and how she grew up and her family.

Give her more time to speak, make yourself a good listener.
