Depression is a mood disorder syndrome characterized by low self-confidence and other possible signs that may vary from person to person. This disease can develop rapidly or gradually, and can be brought on by life events or changes in body chemistry.

Our happiness is hidden inside our infinite desires which is beyond our imagination. If we look inside, we see as we grow older, our desires also keep growing. But only small parts of our desires get fulfilled with the growing age. So as we grow up, we become more and more disappointed with our multiplying unfulfilled desires. This desire increases the level of frustration and depression in our life. It makes our life mundane, miserable.

HOW DO I BEAT THE DEPRESSION?

I am very talkative and outspoken person, depression doesn’t catch me easily, but once I get depressed, it stays with me for a long time. It stays like a tide, goes up and down. It is true; depression brings headache, sleepless nights, body ache, hair fall and loneliness.

But now, I have understood how to tackle the depression. I never allow it to affect my routine work. When I get a grip of depression, I turn offensive, start taking much healthier diets and start spending more time on yoga and exercises. My most preferred way to beat the depression is, to start running. It increases my heart palpitation and blood pumping.

One thing you need to be taken care of, depression is a spider web which tries hard to get you away from your routine work, but you need to keep your eyes and mind open to face this naughty kid – depression
